Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Undercover, an online multiplayer bluffing card game. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Undercover.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Undercover. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email current so you can recover access.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

3. No real‑money gambling

Undercover is a game of skill and bluffing played for entertainment. In‑game “coins” and scores have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and cannot be purchased or cashed out. Undercover is not a gambling service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in text or voice chat, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Voice and text chat are between players. We do not record voice, but we may act on reports of abuse.

5. Content & intellectual property

Undercover, including its name, artwork, characters, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the chat messages you send, and grant us the limited right to transmit and display them as part of running the game.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players or the service. You may stop using Undercover and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
